Matt James‘ Bachelor season was full of controversy, which eventually led to the firing of long-time Bachelor Nation host, Chris Harrison.

Matt and his winner, Rachael Kirkconnell, had a rough beginning to their relationship. While the season was airing, photos of Rachael in an antebellum dress and other inflammatory pictures and tweets surfaced. Matt and Rachael initially broke up after the drama, which they discussed on After the Final Rose, but ultimately they got back together.
