How to get last-minute NBA All-Star Game 2024 tickets

It’s been 39 long years since the NBA All-Star Game took place in Indianapolis.
In that February 1985 contest — which was played at the since demolished Hoosier Dome — the Western Conference won 140-29 behind MVP Ralph Sampson. Notable players included Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Larry Bird and, yes, Michael Jordan.
On Sunday, Feb. 18, the festivities return to the Pacers’ own Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
This time around, LeBron James (who was just two months old back in February ’85) will lead the West with fellow starters Luka Doncic, Kevin Durant, Nikola Jokic and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
As for the East, they’ll be represented by starters Giannis Antetokounmpo, Damian Lillard, Jayson Tatum and hometown hero Tyrese Haliburton.
Plus, EGOT-winner Jennifer Hudson will perform at halftime.
And if you want to get in on the action in the Railroad City for the first time in nearly four decades (!), it isn’t too late to scoop up last-minute tickets.
They’ll likely be a little more expensive than they were in 1985, though.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find was $500 before fees on Vivid Seats.
Lower-level seats start at $1246 before fees.
If those prices are too steep, you don’t have to worry — there’s also the Dunk Contest, Celebrity Game and so many more All-Star Weekend events.

NBA Dunk Contest 2024
Saturday night is when things get really fun on All-Star Weekend.
The annual skills challenge, made up of the Dunk Contest, Three-Point Contest and, yes, the Skills Challenge, generally draw more “oohs, ahhs, and whoas” than the games themselves.
Contestants at the Dunk Contest this year include Jaylen Brown (Celtics), Jaime Jaquez Jr. (Heat), Mac McClung (G League, Osceola Magic) and Jacob Toppin (Knicks).
To see the highest fliers, sharpest shooters and crispest passers at the Colts’ Lucas Oil Stadium, tickets start at $131 before fees.
NBA Celebrity Game 2024
This year, an odd assortment of rappers, former NBA players, current NFL stars, Backstreet Boys, comedians and more will take the court for the annual goofy game.
Tickets are cheap for the star-studded affair, too. As of now, they can be scooped up for as low as $28 before fees.
